Die Cast Model Cars any Scale, all types of Vehicles

Random find at Walmart..... couple of interesting things with this one, I almost passed it by as a HW fantasy casting.

Most obvious is that 2026's are starting to appear, and it also appears the board game Monopoly has been around for 90 years.

Good addition of the race car to your board game !!!!

This HW mainline could also be considered a Zamac, which is Hot Wheels speak for relatively limited edition mainlines with no paint.

These ones were set up in a portable display by the checkout, so not in the dump bins or on the pegs.

Who says you can't learn anything from collecting diecast ???

Talking about Christmas stock, new Maisto shippers are dropping at Walmart and the price is right, although I passed.

I was looking to see if there were any '77 Trans Am's , but no luck.

The '93 Cobra is really well done, I was tempted......and who knows, maybe I'll end up back there and grab it anyway.

I'm sure Marc is asking why there is a C8 Corvette between the two Fords.

In all truth, I was in a hurry to get a pic, and thought it was a Ford GT, looked closer when I loaded the pic and went.....shit.

I'm not sure if that's a miss for me, ( I'm willing to take the hit lol ) or how much Chebby stole from the Ford GT when they designed the C8.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery ????

Last time Wallmart had these out at that price they were picked out quick by scalpers and saw them on marketplace for 40$ in my area.

I'm not surprised.... from the look of it, the pallet I took the picture of was before the peg skags got there.

Must have just stocked it the night before, these days it's all about timing to find stuff before the hoarders and scalpers crawl out from under their rocks and load up their carts. ;):ROFLMAO:

But you know, they're buying for the grandkids right ?? They're not flipping them , it's for the kids.

No wonder I buy on PD as much as I can, it saves a lot of aggravation.
