So to do that, click on your user name at the top right of the screen and click user setting in the drop down. This will bring you to your profile page and a little ways down you can chose from 4 choices. The second one is account. Click on that and scroll 3/4 of the way down roughly and you will see the time zone. I had to change mine to something different and here is what I chose and it works.
