If they are not equipped with a trailer.
Or you don’t know who would be strapping it in and doing the delivery, by that time it won’t be long ‘til NS roads get rain and cleared up.
Ask that they keep it for you a while until you can drive it home in good conditions.
They can put it in the back of showroom with sold and do not touch sign, and should be good there for a few weeks.
Unless they have ability to strap wheels to floor rails in their trailer, there is very limited places to tie on under these cars.
In front, it’s K-member only.
A hole on each side further back allows to cross straps in an X.
At rear, there is only IRS cradle.
Anything else is suspension components or half shafts.
There too, a close look reveals ability to cross straps in X.
Won’t go anywhere if strapped like that.
Grabbing the wheels with long straps in an X at the back is not advisable.
Too much torque on the straps will tweak the alignment.
Components back there not that beefy, IE: toe link.
It’s not like a solid axle car anymore.
Front too, I would watch the torque if using long straps to catch wheels.
One could go straight line forward to front tie down, but this is not as secure as crossing the straps in an X.
