Jim Kenzie on Motoring TV just did a Rant on the Bone Heads at Ford behind the Plastering of the Noble Mustang Name on their new Electric Truck, he said that the Geniuses behind this debacle should all Rot in Hell, a Sentiment shared by all Mustang Enthusiasts.

Yah, they’ve gone overboard using that name.
Diluting it’s memory and legacy each time.
I think they think they have painted themselves into that corner when they said the only “car” they would keep making is the Mustang.
So now any new product has to have the Mustang name in it.
Not very innovative or forward thinking.
You’d think they’d have better appreciation for the car’s history.

Watching Kyle Bush interview now, he was second last year and won his second Championship, so hopefully he can pull it off, in his 14th Daytona 500 start. Man I must be getting old, even Jeff Gordon looks old ?

They’ll replay big events several times.
Absolutely rooting for FoMoCo drivers.
Keslowski and Logano top of mind, with soft spot for Newman-Haas drivers, Harvick and company.
If not a Ford driver for victory, I would like to see Chase Elliot take it.
His father, “Awesome Bill from Dawsonville”, was a longtime great driver and ambassador for Ford.

I haven't believed cars running in NASCAR are true Fords, as anything else.....they're all Frankencars now....
Bruins and Rangers also on, so will be flipping between both this pm with a slight risk of a nap!

The Daytona 500 is always a good watch . Hoping next year I can get down to see the race .. Had a tour of the speedway a few weeks back..here's a pic from my room with a mustang cruising on the beach ..
