When you’re sitting in the middle of it, it isn’t so relaxing.
We had strong storm last night.
Was under cover of my deck.
Knew lightning was getting closer.
All of a sudden, a close hit, less than a second between light and sound, so real close.
The kicker was seeing sparks on the soffit over my head near a flood light pot.
I got in the house quick after that. ?
likely destine for another Condo buidling, although told no.
Based on what I know, that piece of land if for sale would be north of 750k
so I will tap out now

All the years going to CB I never got to the causeway when the rotating bridge was in use until this weekend. This little feller held up the traffic for about 20 minutes then continued on in what looked like a rare and relaxing day for a trip. The contrasting background of the rocks from the quarry made for an interesting shot from where I was parked waiting for us to resume our own relaxing day.
