Project?? What would you do??

Love to have it, but agreed to high for that car as a roller.

If I could find one in price point, I want it, to strip and build a car.
All new suspension, steering, brakes and Ford crate engine.
Strip the interior, side and rear windows, replace with plexi glass.
Put in fuel cell, battery relocated, roll bar, race seats but keep it just barely street legal :)

Short story, but you get the idea :)

$6,000 is cheap for a car as clean as that. You would spend more than that repairing a badly rusted one.

A 331 or a 347 Stroker with a Tremec 6 speed would be more than enough to make this one fun..

Be a fun project no matter what you did. Unless you go "Trevor" on it you already have what appears to be a clean inside and good bones for whatever engine and trans you stick in. The race car idea would also be pretty cool. I'd probably leave it as it sits and do what Fred suggested. If money wasn't a worry then Coyote the crap out of it lol

I'm not the guy who owns it, but there a 1985 T-Top GT on kijiji (NS) right now as a stripped roller for 2 grand.

Pics look relatively rust free for a maritime car.

I wouldn't mind grabbing it to cut the t top out of it, but no way am I paying 2 grand for a t-top....
