My 2000 4.6 2v above had added as magnaflows, 373 gears, short shifter. Have an act tuner stock tune does nothing

Best bang for buck

Stripes
Blackout grill and back
Smoked lights
Racing rims
Hood brace
Lowering kit

Don’t make it any faster lol but I added them anyway

Yes.
Natural result of open box CAI as opposed to closed box factory intake.
You hear induction noise that you did not before.
