NB Engineer to certify cars

Would someone give me the contact info for the engineer who certifies car mods in NB. My Cooper has an steering mod and won’t pass safety without his ok

What kind of steering mod warrants an engineer's stamping may I ask? Must be something pretty major.

The power steering on that vintage MINI has a bad habit of failing and catching fire so we tore it all out and put a bypass kit in. Takes a bit of effort in tight spaces but works really well on the twisties
