It seems so wrong when a car this iconic, is put up for auction, possibly to be bought by a collector, and shipped off to gawd knows what country..Dubai, China, United Emirates.
It should have been donated to a Motorsport's museum, where future generations can see it first hand.

Some feel that Shelby's kids must be fighting over his money, and that's why it's not being donated. Who knows?

Maybe there will be American collectors, some willing to have it displayed, that will bid on it to keep it stateside out of pride.
We can only hope.
Be a shame to have it end up in the Middle East or Asia.

I've seen that car in Vegas. It deserves to be seen, not locked away by the highest bidder. Carroll - please send them a sign,don't sell it .
