What do you reco for handheld radios to use during runs with a large amount of cars? We had a run on the weekend and got split up and handhelds would have helped!
We have a few sets of Cobra radios. They seem to work the best for us. However they are affected by hills and turns when it comes to range unfortunately. The 35 mile range they claim is mountain top to mountain top I'm sure.lol Works better when we have radios at different spots in the run and not just front and back. These are the newest ones we got. There are some lower prices alternatives that will do the job as well.
