first Mercury Cougar sold in moncton

interesting story i found while checking out the Carlisle Ford Nationals show June 1-3 2018.
i knew about the first mustang being in Newfoundland but the Cougar in Atlantic Canada too.

Dad had a new 1967 Cougar,red,black interior,289 two barrel with an automatic and wheel covers! It was only in the yard for about a year as dad usually traded up quickly- this one went to be replaced with a 1968 Mercury Rideau 500 2 door - better suited to towing the tent trailer and more room for the 2 kids.
