Fire destroys restaurant

The restaurant we once all ate at on a cruise was destroyed last night,sad,some of you will recall it.

An early morning fire has destroyed a restaurant in Cap-Pelé.
Village fire chief Ronald Cormier said firefighters were called to Bel Air Take-Out on Acadie Road shortly after 3 a.m.

That sucks, more jobs gone for awhile and just before Xmas.

Yeah it does. They had just rebuilt from a previous fire. I am not sure if they had even had a chance to re open or not.

Devasting to hear news like that, doesn't matter if its a business or a home, peoples lives are affected, hope there were no injuries.

Wasn’t sure which one was the Bel Air so looked it up on Google Maps. This is what I see going by the restaurant.

Apparently there was a whole story about someone getting fired earlier this year then this is the third time someone has tried and this time succeeded in setting fire to it..........

A great shame, we would regularly eat there throughout the year, incl. through the winter.
i hope they choose to rebuild.
