That next to last blue one is one of these.
A GT PP2, for Performance Pack level Two.
Which takes the original performance pack and adds Shelby GT350 rubber(Pilot Sport Cup 2's in 305-30-19 front and rear) and similar wheels, Magnaride dampers, yet stiffer springs and sway bars and wind tunnel tested rear spoiler and front dealer installed splitter.
It's a sweet ride. I call it a Shelby GT350 minus the Shelby badges. It looks mean just standing still.
We got one at the dealership last week. I considered buying it strongly for 24 hours.

Actually, I'm mistaking. That blue one is not a PP2.
The wheels through me off at a glance.
It's the wrong spoiler on the trunk and it's missing the front splitter.
Looks like a photo shop job.
The one I posted is the real deal.
 
Actually they're doing an improved PP for the ecoboost for 2020.
It includes those same wheels from the GT PP2, plus the engine from the Focus RS with hp up to 330 from 310, the brakes from a regular GT and a few other things. It has a blacked out grille like a CS and 2.3 high performance fender badges.
This was probably a pre launch artist rendering of it.
