No idea how it went from bad to much worse, but track safety workers weren't a big help.

Nothing pretty about that, looks like fire extinguisher used was wrong one.
For what ever cause the fire, gotta wonder NOS, or what type of fuel was he running.

Bad deal, the second guy with the chemical extingusher likely had the right stuff. He sprayed it through the rad, which really didn't get to the problem.

Maybe a bit more training is required.
Nobody was hurt, car looks like it is well done.

Looked like the first guy caused it to spread, by spraying water on a gas fire..If they popped the hood, and hit it hard with foam or powder, they could have probably saved the car.
