You can't say Ferrari didn't try..:) Leclerc showed he still has the talent...Hamilton.....I'm not so sure anymore.

That could have been far more exciting race, least from a spectators point of view, if they had started it sooner. Max hoped for that, and I bet Hamilton may have wished for it too, as he knows how to drive in the rain better than several others.
Piastri's passing Norris was the move of the race in my opinion.

I think Leclerc is what you see, be surprized if he wins a Championship.
Great driver, will get you wins, doesn't have that over the top piece you need.

Hamilton is older, likely a bit slower, But I think he still has it.
And we know he nows what it takes to win a championship

The Ferrari was a big step and a very different car, that and they went backwards
from last year, I think he needs specific things for him to be fast and
so far they can't seem to give it to him
Can they in 2026 and how long is his window?
Too many questions, likely no answers, but fun to watch

Next year is a crap shoot, who ever gets most right wins,
because even with the ability to change rules,
it will not be done quick enough for teams to make changes and catch whoever got it right.

I think the FIA know they royally screwed up with whats coming,
and they can't figure out fast enoght how to fix it.

In a stunning twist, former Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner is gearing up to purchase an F1 team, just weeks after his unexpected layoff. Sources say Horner has lined up investors and is in advanced talks with a current midfield squad, aiming to leverage his championship-winning expertise in a bold new venture.

Horner’s departure from Red Bull was mired in controversy, following boardroom clashes and leaked emails that strained his relationship with team ownership. Yet his quick pivot to prospective team owner underscores his relentless drive and his refusal to let setbacks define his legacy in motorsport.

If the deal goes through, Horner would shift from strategist to proprietor, wielding full control over team operations, driver line‑ups, and long‑term development. Insiders believe he’s eyeing a complete overhaul, from technical partnerships to sponsorship deals, setting the stage for a “Horner‑led resurgence.”

As the paddock buzzes with speculation, one question looms: which team will Horner rescue and can he recreate the dominance he once shared with Red Bull? Whispers of revolution echo through every garage, as F1 braces for a seismic shake‑up.

Now wouldn't that be something! Jos Verstappen would crap his pants if Horner built a team that could beat Max. I think he played a major role in Horner getting dumped. It's either Max or Horner, kind of choice.
I wonder how many $billions it would take to buy an existing team? In 2024, the average value of an F1 team was around $2.31 billion, with Ferrari leading at $4.78 billion and Mercedes at $3.94 billion.

I agree, Horner as part owner, if built a team that won quickly would be a blast to watch
and if buying a current F-1 team, 1-2 years with right people could see big changes.
Also Red Bull is a bit worred about his exit now, they are negotiating his exit, he still has 5 years left on cpntract
I beleive he was Making 10 million a year.

Rumors are lots of Folks at Redbull are not happy with how it was done, if Horner at new team
how many top people could he pouch?

Haas swears hes not selling, over and over again.
Alpine with all that has happened to them, Maybe.

With F-1 sky rocketing my bet is 2 billion for mid to lower team.

Bring it on, I am not a Horner fan, but no can deny what he has done in 20 years.
