Due to limited hotel availability, Hotels have been booked in Darmouth Crossing.
Run will start at 8:00 in the movie theatre parking lot. 145 Shubie Dr. dartmouth.

Hotel information, we have 25 rooms held, For Friday and Saturday first come first serve.
Hampton Inn and Suites 65 Cromarty Dr, Dartmouth, NS B3B 0G2.

The group block is all set for reservations. Forum members can either phone the hotel direct (902) 406-7700 and ask for the Maritime Mustang Forum (Code MMF) rate; or they can use the group code MMF on our website.
Rooms are being held until August 15th after that any un-used rooms will be released.

Saturday Night's Supper
Saturday Night's Supper will be at 6:30 at Jack Astor's in Dartmout. 107 Shubie Dr, Dartmouth
They are going to have the full menu available to us and will do their best to keep us all hydrated and fed. They Also mentioned that anyone staying at the Hilton we have rooms booked at will receive a 15% discount on their meal. Just mention it to your server and show them your room card.

We are not going to be able to make the run this year...our departure from Manitoba home to PEI has been delayed for family reasons. Please remove Brenda and myself from the list for the run and supper. Hopefully next time! Will be thinking of you all enjoying the run! Have a great time!
 
Iā€™m not sure what the weekend will look like but being positive here goes the plans as of today!

We will be leaving Dartmouth crossing at 8 am Saturday so be there early to get lined up
For those wishing to catch up with us but not make the trip into Dartmouth,
our first stop is planned for Exit 8A The ESSO/ Timā€™s at Ben Jackson road. we should arrive 8:50, depart 9:20

Lunch will be in Coldbrook - several spots there for ā€œ on you ownā€ lunch stop. Wendyā€™s, Tims, Subway, MacDonalds, Callisters country Kitchen, Scottā€™s fish & chips and a few more

Recent construction has made for a few small modifications in the route but if the weather gods will cooperate it should be a good run.

Thanks Gerry for posting up the details. Very much appreciated.

We are all monitoring the weather. That being said the next couple of days will hopefully tell the tail. The organizing group will be discussing.it over the next couple of days. We will definitely keep everyone in the know.

We are keeping it positive for now. All we can do.

Well, looking at weather and distance I have to travel to get to Halifax, I just called it.
Cancelled my hotel for the weekend.

Please remove Marc and Tracy from run and supper.
Hopefully Iā€™m wrong and all you southern residents have a nice day on Saturday.
