Maritime mini runs.

Well, had supper and needed a Timmie's fix so off again. Here are two more local shots.

First is by a wall mural in Digby at the end of town heading out to the ferry terminal depicting some history which hopefully will not get erased.

Second is a rest area on the way to the ferry overlooking the Annapolis Basin. The group of white buildings in the far left is the former Cornwallis training camp.

you sure, I think the one above is better.
windows are down, facing us, with bridge is the back ground.
I will delete you other one, then think about what you post
for contest
Trevor - I edited the post already and swapped them over.

A couple of mini run pics. Traveled over to the South Shore NS today. Dropped into Rissers Beach (park) and Cresent beach to cool off from the 30 degrees. Highly recommended stops if in the area. Quick pic on the way outside of Liverpool by a very small waterfall.

Ended up in Lunenburg for some "The Fish Shack" goodness.

Bonus pic of a bird waiting for some scraps.

Killing it with the pics, nicely done. (y)
Thanks. Hoping to get past just doing day trips in Western NS. Lived in NB for 8 years and from Cape Breton. All the kids were born in Fredericton and I know of quite a few spots I want to get back to when travel can accommodate overnight stays without risk. Until then letting others know about some areas where I currently reside. Fall should open up some good shots too. I have seen a couple of pics from others I already want to get my car to and snap a shot like they did. We live in a great part of the country in more ways than one. All made up of great scenery, passions and people.

Hard to go wrong with a Valley drive in any direction! It’s amazing how the Geography’s and scenery changes within a few miles

Some great shots and you are sure getting some seat time .. the views are awesome, I've never been down there , but hope to some time ..

Drove southeast to Plaster Rock, picked up the Tonique river and followed it west-southwest to Perth-Andover.
From there headed back north along the St-John river through Grand-Falls.
Gone about 3 hours.
Burned half tank.
About 250 km.

Stopped on the Arthurette bridge over the Tobique, half way between Plaster Rock and Perth.
