I really need to take more photos.
I looked to see if I had any pictures of the garage, (or man-shop, as I think of it as). and of the very few I had of it, none were very good. I have several of when I was building the Cobra, but there was tools and parts lying all over the place. I have a few from the outside of the garage, but I gather that's not what members are posting.
I think the limited photo's I have of it is partly because since I retired, I no longer carry a cell phone. I leave it in the pocket of a jacket hanging in the coat closet, I only ever carry it with me if I leave the property. During my career I thought of the cell phone as an electronic leash. I hated constantly being at the beck and call that carrying a cell phone created. It feels so good to not be obliged to carry it around all the time.

Now I wouldn't generally carry my digital camera around with me, unless I had a specific reason. There are times I wish I did have a camera, like when I see something unique, or perhaps when I get particularly close to a bird, or an animal, that are usually quite shy. The big advantage of cell phone camera's is those many wonderful impromptu, spur of the moment pic's that get taken. Some of those shots are the best. Memories being collected too.
Looking at my cell phone gallery, it's almost exclusively photo's of my vehicles speedometers, clearly showing the odometer (as requested). I produce these pictures every year when renewing an insurance policy to prove I am eligible for the low mileage discount.

Man-shop quiet time.. winter hibernation for inhabitants.
