I’ll give credit to the winter use of a battery tender for the increased life- previous batteries were 3.5-5 years. Installed 5th battery,(including original) car @ 21 years old

Today my 9 year old battery decided to change its pronoun to un-chargeable at a gas stop while on the way to Petty raceway.A quick stop at Costco fixed that problem,H6 battery installed in the parking lot and back on the road. It’s been a long time since the wrenches I carry were used to fix my own.

So far I've got 6000km on the pilot sport AS4 on my 2005 - i like them, seem stickier than the AS3 i ran before. I had 235/5517" as3's now 255/40 19" as4's and surprisingly i don't notice much increase in roughness. Handling is sharper. I notice a bit more tramming with the wider tire on...

Front wheel alignment and 4wheel road force balance completed yesterday - As expected toe was off - corrected now.

The last few days have finished the 2026 upgrades. Headlights had to be changed after more than a few rock chips so bumper off and lights changed - the driving light lenses were loosing their coating so they went away as well . With the new lights Cleaned up the engine bay and ran new hoses...
