They are targeting the straight pipe Harleys and Fart Pipe Honda’s that drive through Town at the Rev Limier.

That's the advantage of an active exhaust, quick switch to quiet mode to confuse the constabulary when one gets pulled over for a "noisy exhaust"

Even with activee exhaust, loud or quiet makes no difference, its factory.
they can fine you but it will never hold up in court. Not modified.
So I say, put it in loud mode, just for fun

I would say like Fred unless you are revving up and down the city streets and causing a nuisance I doubt they would bother you. I have not heard of any of the muscle cars being bothered at all.

I would like be doing about 90mph so does create other issues
it will do 60mph in first gear
