Don't know about Edmundston, but Google says there's a number of shops in Madawaska.

No idea about any of them, but a couple have five star Google reviews, take that for what it's worth.

I looked into a couple
One charged my wife 200
For wash and hand wax
It was rinse less wash no hose
And spray detail wax with towel
Took 30 minutes.
I’m looking for someone that actually uses equipment
Sad thing i bought the equipment but now I see I’m too weak to really do things I did last year
