What did you do to your mustang today

Well I decided we got a long weekend. Might as well tinker on the car and start getting it ready. I changed the oil yesterday. Then today I changed the front sway bar to the Eibach I had purchased as well as new bushings and and end links. The new bar is quite a bit bigger. Had I did the end links at the same time. They needed it. Will tackle the rear tomorrow if all goes as planned.

Doing the front and rear at same time will give you good balance in handling and reduce body roll.
The reduced body roll will be noticeable.

Generally, like most main stream cars, Mustangs favour understeer in factory stock trim.
This is why doing the rear only is a popular initial upgrade in order to help the rear rotate easier to make handling more neutral.
Doing front only is rare because it can highlight the understeer even more.
Doing both at same time will be a nice improvement for you.
Car will remain flatter through turns.
Enjoy.

Thanks for the detailed explanation Marc. Makes perfect sense. I can't wait to try them out for sure.

Thanks

It was a busy weekend with doing the spring cleanup on a few of the daily drivers. I found some time Sunday to fire up the Stang for the first time this spring. I then proceeded to install my new to me 70MM Ford racing throttle body. After the install it fired right up and I immediately see better throttle response. Maybe it is just me though. I cannot wait to get it out and try it on the road.
