Ranger Raptor or Bronco?

anyone looking forward to the Ranger Raptor or Rangers coming back? hope to see them in Canada sometime in the next few years. also the Bronco Should be ready around the same time. 2019- 2020 might be a great couple years for Ford. cant wait to see what the next couple years of Mustangs looks like..
gonna start saving my pennies, ive got a lot of memories in old Bronco's, i new one would add a few more

Love to have a raptor, but not in the budget, "yet"
The renderings of the new Bronco look wicked.
The sport especially, if that is what they look like,
I can see that for the wife in 2020
She likes it also.

The bronco is on my list. Will have to see if it fits the size I need at the time. Needs the seats, cargo and trailer capacity. The only draw back might be the two door arrangement like the old Bronco.

The Ranger is a nice looking truck. I’ve seen quite a few over the last few years and wondered why they haven’t hit this market yet. That size truck is fairly popular around here and really it’s only the Tacoma and Frontier to choose from. F150 slightly more money (depending on the package)

The problem with he mid sized trucks is once you start checking off option boxes, you are in the full size price range.

Being in the truck world, I can tell you if not careful $38,000
can turn into $70,000 in a hurry, options add up in a hurry

The Bronco is planned to be a four door.
You should be good to go on that front.

Ranger will be out first as 2019 model.
Still high customer loyalty and demand for that product.
Bronco will follow as a 2020 model, based on the Ranger platform.
Those wishing for two door Bronco may be disappointed.
It's planned to be a four door. But truck based, not car based.

I liked the 2 door sport version that was touted
early on. Be curious to see the real look.
But a plain ( boring) 4 door version will not bring my wife back to
Ford SUV.

Truck based SUV may be more resilient in crash so maybe safety concerns can sway your wife.
Who knows, if it's as nice looking as the two door renderings but with two extra doors, it may yet be an attractive vehicle.
Especially if it has a mean front end a la Raptor.
