So I bought my quickjacks to make life easier. So far so good. Doing long tube headers and a full 3" AWE catback on the "vert. Brought it out of storage today, set it up on the quick jacks lots of room for my fat arse even with a creeper. Roughly 5 hours in battery box and intake are out,and the passenger side factory exhaust is on the ground. Gave up for tonight but tomorrow is another day.

Day 2 in the books. about 14 is hours so far. Passenger side is a biatch learned a few new cuss words there. Driver side was better. Glad I took the battery compartment out as well as the cowl brace makes the back bolts on the passenger side much easier. The worst part was the top bolt on the starter and the top two nuts putting the motor mounts back in. Short swing ratchet wrenches help a whole lot. So todays update is the headers are installed just need to re wire the starter and put the top back together, swap the O2 sensors. The get creative on the exhaust.

Day 3 was a short day , just a couple hours puttering around. Had to extend one of the O2 sensor harnesses but the other 3 were fine. Top end is all back together. Cats are on and connected. No extra bolts or nuts left so that’s a bonus. Fired her up to move it so I could change the wife’s oil and it sounds good with no exhaust lol. Next week’s project is to get the new exhaust on and change all the oils .
