I had been wondering what happened to the Ford GT in the racing world. I expected to see it again perhaps at Lemans, or at minimum competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) racing series. I think it would have still qualified in the GT3 class which include entries from Aston Martin, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Ford, Lexus, Lamborghini, McLaren and Porsche. I wonder if they are still being raced somewhere perhaps by privateers, rather than by Ford?
