I am the principal of Elliott Racing (Atlantic) based in Enfield, NS, along with my son , Mark. I am a long time owner of what has been called the English Mustang, 1970 Ford Cortina GT, owned since new. We have been road racing the Cortina , now very highly modified, since 1971, originally at Debert then AMP. We have been using a 2.3 SOHC SVO set up with an Esslinger cylinder head, dual 50 DCO Weber carbs and a Race Engineering bottom end. Also have a Lotus Super 7 RHD with a Lotus-Ford twin cam which I am currently 1/2 way through a frame up restoration . We have a 3rd interesting race car, a 1974 Ford Probe GT . Stock motor but with Tiko adjustable coil over shocks, the largest brakes from Wilwood we could fit under a 16" wheel and a full roll cage. She is for sale at this point.
