We did Carleton last night.
We’re in Perce tonight and heading back tomorrow.
The brewery in Carleton is called le Naufrageur.
Good selection. Centre of town.
Live music playing there tonight.
If you plan on eating in one of the fancier seafood restaurants, you should make a reservation. Last night they were all booked.
We managed to get in at an Italian place called Tosca without a reservation.
It was great though. They also had seafood.
Muscles for starters. Not a big portion though.
That’s par for the course up here.
Wife had cod and I had lobster pasta.
In Perce, the brewery is called Pit Caribou.
They have a store front in Perce in centre of town, but they brew outside of town back towards Carleton maybe 10 to 20 minutes.
They converted an old fish plant in a tiny port inlet called L’anse a beau-fils.
They have picnic tables out there too and tastings.
