Sounds like an awesome trip, the only issue will be avoiding snowstorms to get to the Smokie Mountains!!! It was bad enough when we did the MAA and left in early April a few years back.

It was amusing how it was supposed to be like 3-5cm, then all of a sudden mid morning they suddenly changed their mind and it was 15-20cm.

Yeah still waiting for the snow that was supposed to start at about 2pm!!

It’s been a weird day, supposed to be a load of freezing rain, but we got only a little bit, got mostly just rain, plus a bit of sleet. And we were supposed to have a load of snow and so far have seen none.

I think you need to more tools…… just saying! ;-)
