Looks like this will be a great run! Too bad I will have to miss it this year due to family commitments elsewhere! However I have shared some of the details and a link to the Fall Run 2018 Forum on the Mustang Club PEI Facebook page. Sure some others from the Island will come join you!
Got a BBK front strut tower brace for '99 to '04 Mustang to put on my 2002 GT. I have had a preliminary look at the fitment and as the instructions say the '99 to '02 models do not have a mounting bracket at the firewall along the weld seam. As a result the instructions say to use the provided...
Yes. Bought a "Love the Drive" windscreen for the car and added a Mustang tonneau cover purchased from CJ Pony Parts. Looking to do some modifications to the cover to secure it better behind the front seats. Running over the windscreen makes the original under seat tethers come up a little short...
Looking at strut tower braces and wondering what gains in handling one might realistically expect from adding one (2002 Mustang GT)? Any preferred or recommended brands or models?
Lots of good feedback folks! A few different ways of dealing with the storage issue for sure. In the end I erred on the side of being cautious and got a new change again in the spring. a cheap prevention i think. Thanks all!
Cganged oil with synthetic just begore storage. Stored in my own garage this winter and temp stayed around 5 degrees in heated garage. Maybe that would reduce risk of condensation in storage. Lots of different opinions it seems on whether to change in spring again.
Just got home last night from MB. Getting the Stang prepped and registered tomorrow. after a few quick local jaunts I am ready to hit the road tour on Saturday!
Normally I do an oil change (regular oil) in the fall just before parking the Stang and then put new (synthetic oil) in the spring so i am ready for the season. Thinking is any potential condensation is dealt with. However last year I used synthetic oil (forgot to stipulate at the garage) in the...
The headlamps in my '02 seem to suck big time! Don't want to replace the lamps themselves so looking for suggestions about what Brand or type of 9007 headlamp bulb to buy. I want more light on the road at night but also want something that will last (understand higher output bulbs tend to die...
This link will allow you to access the dash cam videos I shared on Google Drive.

Sorry..realized after the run that the video settings were not set to as high a quality as I would have liked.
Great run Everyone! Nice to see so many cars and to get to meet some other Mustang enthusiasts! Tried to post some vids from my dash cam but must be too large to load to site. Will try to figure another way to do it.
Looks like we will be back from Manitoba in time to get the car ready to go. Please sign Howard and Brenda up for the Sat lunch and supper. understand there is a BBQ Friday night as well. Looking forward to the cruise!
You guys know the road and hotels there the best. However, as someone thinking of coming from away I would prefer that the second night not be any farther away than Halifax to make the return to the Island easier on Sunday. Just my 2 cents.
