05-09 S197 inside door panels inserts

That's what the previous owner of my 79 F250 used to hold the old door panels in place after he broke all the retaining clips. ?

    Thought of the day.

To be fair, they're required by law due to the width of the vehicle. But it's a clear rip-off, down to the trailer steering assist knob on the dash and the stick shift instead of the rotary dial.

    2007 Mustang GT/CS Vert

As we discussed a few weeks ago, my 87 had the same super soft clearcoat as your hood. The product that did the trick for me to correct without leaving holograms was the Meguiars 105/205 combo. Not the easiest to work with but the results speak for themselves.

    Mustang Trivia.

Yes - sorry I wasn't able to log in for a few days. Long story short, 248A gave you the GT powertrain (4.6, your choice of auto/manual transmission, rear end and GT suspension) in a V6 shell. No fog lights, spoiler, basic interior, that's it. The only extra option available were the one...

    1994 Mustang GT Coupe

Not much done to the Mustang in the last few day. The weather's been cold and miserable. I dealt with some electrical issues, which turned out to be solved by new battery terminals. The factory one were all corroded and mangled. I also started cleaning the under carriage. Got the gas tank...

    Thought of the day.

Come on Fred, there's no better feeling than being called out at 4 am before your shift and seeing '76 kilometers to empty' on the dash display when all the gas station in the area open at 7. It just add another layer of excitement to your day. ?

What did you do to your mustang today

The 845 wax is one of those old school products that doesn't have a fancy looking label or a bunch of Youtubers hyping it. It just works, plain and simple. It's also an excellent wax for daily drivers that perform winter duties.

    Cool Ford Trucks

It got a new carb since! It needs a few trims (around the windshield, cab belt line) and I'm debating painting the roof Wimbledon White. Then it's mostly interior stuff. Got all the parts to finish it but the seam sealer on the firewall cracked and I need to get that redone before doing a...

Tdot is a Canadian retailer. I ordered a catback from them about 3 years ago and had excellent service. They had actually withheld shipping my order and billing me as the catback I had ordered only fit IRS-equipped Cobra and they wanted to confirm with me on the phone that my car actually had...

I need new tires! What's everyone running these days?

I had the Firehawks on my 92 some years ago. They were great. I'm currently running BFGs Sport Comp 2 on my 92. Also had a set on my 87 and recently placed a set on my 94. They're priced similarly to the Firehawks. Either are a good choice, I just happened to get better deals on the BFGs lately.
