Madrid shouldl be an challenging 5.4 km street circuit with 47% of the lap in a turn. 20 corners might make for a hard track to pass, but there are some high speed sections, that might help if a driver can use the slip stream. Be interesting to see who manage the power keeping the battery charged.

Although there weren't many vehicles on the road back then, there was massive amounts of coal burning smoke being generated all across N. America. Coal is a fossil fuel too, so i wonder if that may have had any significance?

Very unusual front fender flares on that one. Not a big fan of that, but I guess it solves the inherent problem with a Cobra's front tires kicking up road debris that can chip the front of the rear fender. Several owners have fitted their cars with "spats" to prevent that issue.
