Every time we go to Cape Breton we tend to take the main roads on the left or right of the Bras D'or Lake to Sydney. One time we cut across the middle and through Iona. Going to show it a bit of love with a photo taken at the entrance to MacCormack Park.

Well my NHL bracket for 2024 was not too bad this time. Never can tell what can change with one goal. Was a nice final series right to the end. Bit of a nail biter.

Women's new PWHL hockey was good yesterday. Big game tonight. Ottawa and Montreal with over 8,000 tickets sold. Lot of Maritimer's playing to cheer for. They said to the league they want to play physical hockey. The refs let them go and it was a good rugged first game. Still early but...
