NHL 2025-26 Season

It was an awesome first game. I’m just glad they won at least one. Might shut up some of the media. Now we get to listen to the announcers about how good the Canes and Anderson are for the next game. Trying to figure out what happened in the first one.

How about the Toronto Maple leafs announcers actually say some nice stuff about another team for once.

I’m sure it won’t be an easy series but it’s a great start.

I am sure Canes will be better in 2nd game, but I know they also had it easier than most in first 2 rounds,
Montreal can skate with them, Habs did beat them in the 3 games in regular season.
Canes on paper should be the better team,
But Montreal has always had Andersons number,
should be a good series regardless of end result.

Habs Lose 2nd Game in a row in OT.

Out Shot badly, only 25 Shots on Goal in 2 games.

2 Goals in only 12 and 13 Shots on Goal Last 2 Games, With 25,30 Shots on Goal per game they could Beat Freddy Anderson.

If they don’t turn things around in Game 4 Wednesday and Head Back to Raleigh down 3-1 they are done barring a Miracle.

That was a brutal game to watch. Outshot 3 to 1. Goalie gets you to overtime and you cannot seal the deal.

The refs sure are letting lots go by in these playoffs.

ya was tough to watch and staying up till 12:30 am to see them lose like that
doesn't help. Being out skated and out smarted, too many times not shooting the puck,
looking for something that doesn't exist,

Guhle first two periods was a massive liability and Slav, has cost the team big time in playoffs
too many bad give aways and lazy choices, Coach needs to chnage something,

I realize no one thought they would mke playoffs, so being in conference final is greeat,
but it also shows how much is still missing,

Still can't fathom Vegas taking Av's out in 4
they are waiting for Habs and canes series to end.

Habs are in tough, down 3-1 win or go home,
Canes are playing great, hopefully Montreal can postpone the party tonight,
GO Habs GO

Stanley Cup Finals will require 6,7 games before they Name the Champions.

At least the Montreal Canadiens went further than any other Canadian Team this Season.

Rough semi finals
Seems like they have lots to learn
And will need few more upgrades
To make it over next level

All in all good season, the future looks bright
