Thought of the day.

Who's ready for winter?
Getting the first long range forecasting models for Friday, into Saturday. Into Sat am around 8:00 Canadian models are showing 5-15+cm of snow and wind gusts 9-100km/h. Other models are showing weather to stay a bit south and not as cold, so more rain than snow. Get your winter tires on this week, if you haven't already! Winter turned on us Nov 13th last year and didn't let up til spring (Canada Day weekend in northern NB!).
Still seems too early....

Current forecast for here is less than cm thursday night, with 1mm rain.
Friday 1cm snow, 10 mm rain. considering the temp Thursday is 9 degrees
and no frost in the ground, the odds of doing anything are slim to none.
That being said I am getting ready, just incase.
I have not put my care away, but will this Sat, if weather changes
will do Thursday.

Odds are the forecast will change 6 times in the next 4 days, could be better or worse.
Based on history, the weather folks are right approx 30% of the time.
Not very good at their jobs considering the millions spent on equipment
to figure it out.
