its certainly not an f150..lol. i do like trucks too. a leveling kit would look better with those rims..
i am truckless right now so i am envious either way, GM or Ford..
 
Or when there's 500 kg of gravel in the back. I've often thought a 1in lift in the front would improve the stance
 
They make load blocks for suspension, that work very well about $500
Or air ride suspension, which is adjustable in cab about $1800.
