HELP

To eliminate or narrow in on the tune as the issue, have you considered reverting back to your stock tune?
If tune is issue, problem should go away if back to stock.

If the tuning was done properly, you have a hand held tuner which contains your stock tune.
Easy to dump it back in.
BLP does a bench tune from what I know. So not via a handheld device. But I could be wrong . That’s my thought too maybe they defeated one sensor too many

Too bad about not having a tuner.
An expensive lesson in tuning there.

If it’s otherwise mechanical in nature, our overwhelming residential expert is Gerry (@05 gt 5spd ) above.

Answer his questions and listen to his advice or directions if he comes back.
He’s your best hope of getting this resolved through this forum.

Good luck.

You mentioned your tuning - did this problem only surface after the tuning ?
Is fan on and light on from first start up ?
Can you post a picture of the light that is on?

Can you get access to a scan tool and look at the data for the coolant temperatures ?
there may be two listed inlet and outlet temperatures
