03 GT Vert FS, My Neighbour

Just a heads up if any one is in the market for a car. I told my neighbour I would post this and let him know if there was any interest.
I have only saw the car parked in the garage. I don't have any pictures.
Here's the stuff he told me:
2003 GT convertible. It is red/maroon with a black top.
It is an Automatic and it has 74 or 76 thousand km.
I think he said it had leather and an LED roll bar.
He says it does not see rain and has always been stored in side in a heated garage.
He said his price is $18k he seemed like there was some flex in there.
Has has some other cars so I suspect he does not buy junk.

Did some looking, I suspect he does not want to sell.
Mint they are going for 12-13 k.
you can get them from about 5 to 13,0000
At 18 it would have to be perfect and then some.

Mine is a loaded 02 GT with 78k and the previous owner wanted 13k and after it sat on kijiji for a few months he dropped it to 10k and that's when I bought it.It is appraised for insurance for 16k but we all know you can't go by that figure.10-12 is normal unless it is a cobra.Saw a nice mach 1 with 75k for 18 but as far as I know it never sold at that price.
