Brand new unused Boss strut tower brace for sale!
Bought to clear Ford Racing intake on 06 car. Clears intake fine but slightly too high for hood to close over it. Have to go to plan B.
It's still in box wrapped in factory shipping wrap.
For 05 to 09 cars, it will fit car but not fit under stock hood. If you have aftermarket hood with extra clearance, like a Cervini cowl or ram air hood it should fit easily.
For 10 to 14 cars, it should fit under stock hood no problem. Those hoods are the same as the Boss cars and have more clearance than 05 to 09.
Good addition for you early 5.0 liter guys who's cars did not come with brace from factory. Or if you have Boss intake added, as your GT brace won't clear the intake.
If you 2010 guys are looking to do cams, headers and that Ford Racing intake and want a brace, this is the one to get.
It will clear the intake nicely, and since you have the revised sheet metal, it will fit under your hood.
I'm asking $150.00, which is about half price given the current state of our dollar against the green back.
