If you’re asking here, you must be running out of options.
You’ve exhausted Ford dealers and salvage yard networks, I presume?
Some of the American sites have parts for old Mustangs but the Mustang II maybe not so much.

You could always ask. If they don’t have, maybe they can point you in the right direction.
In Eastern Canada, the shop that does the most work on older 302 Mustangs, all Fox boby models, and the occasional Mustang II’s, is Dasilva Racing in Pickering, Ont.
They are very busy with large clientele so if you call them, have your information ready.
I’d hate to see us referencing them turn into down time for them. (905)-837-7700.
Also, I would think a good machinist/welder should be able to make one based off your other ones.
