2018 Barrett Jackson Auction Scottsdale.

I thought the prices were fair, considering a clean one goes for around 10 K up here. Even with the ultra Low mileage, we're not talking about an ultra rare 70 Boss 429 here. Now every Clown that has a Fox 5.0 for sale will be asking 30 K for it.

Almost all are Barrett Jackson, so maybe a little bias.
But that said, the Dodge and Plymouth cars were down in price this year.
The GT350 Proto type went for over 500k. the R did not sell at Barreett jackson,
and likely won't and next auction unless guy needs the money.

The GT350R was sold out of Ontario at Auction few years ago for 900 K,
with Buyers fee, owner is into it for 1 million, so to break even with sellers fee
he would need to sell it for 1.1 million.

Some highlights from Mecum Auction in Florida. All Ford.

A Dark Highland Green 01 BULLITT with only 300 miles on odometer sold for $19,200 at Barrett Jackson last weekend. Nothing to get excited about. Buddy would have paid $30,000 US when new. And not drive it all those years. After paying 8% seller's commission to BJ and shipping to BJ,, he'd be lucky if he cleared 15K.

A Piss Poor Investment in my opinion.

this is why Barrett Jackson can be bad, they will not allow receivers like other big auctions.
sell a car is sometimes timing, lots of lower end pricing cars, the owners get screwed over
hard. Very risky game no reserve auctions.
